Recht door Zee – Rye IPA

An IPA with Frisian rye bread. The delicious rye bread comes from Bakery Schotanus from Twijzelerheide. During the product election of Fryslân Culinair in July 2021, baker Wander Schotanus received the first prize for the best rye bread. We proudly call this IPA a RIPA. The beer has the bitterness of an IPA combined with the earthy and smooth flavors of the rye bread.
